Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to create an account. One person, one account. Accounts created to impersonate someone else, evade a ban, or inflate engagement will be removed.

• You are responsible for your login details and everything posted from your account.
• Usernames are lowercase, unique, and may be reclaimed if they impersonate a person or brand.
• Verification badges are granted by staff only and can be removed if the account changes purpose.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Zany a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, watermark and distribute that content inside the app and in link previews, for as long as the post exists. Deleting a post ends that licence, except for copies already saved or shared by others.

Zany is deliberately a no-video platform. Only text posts, images (memes, quotes, pictures) and text+image combinations are allowed. Uploading video files, animated video containers, or linking out purely to host video content in-feed is a violation and the post will be removed.

You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content — reported to authorities and permanently banned.
• Nudity, gore, or shock content presented as humour.
• Spam, mass unfollow/follow loops, bots, scrapers, or automated engagement.
• Stealing other creators' work and posting it as your own.
• Attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Anyone can report a post, comment or profile. Moderators may remove content, limit reach, suspend, or ban an account. If action is taken against you, you can submit an appeal from Settings → Account, and a human reviews it.

Creator earnings are governed by the Monetization Rules page. Fraudulent impressions, self-viewing and engagement rings void earnings and can permanently disqualify an account from the programme.

Zany may display advertising alongside content. Ads are entirely separate from creator impression counting — seeing or clicking an ad never adds to, or subtracts from, a creator's eligible impressions.

Zany is provided "as is". We work hard on uptime and data integrity but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

You may stop using Zany at any time and request account deletion from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly break these terms. Pending fraudulent earnings are forfeited on termination.

These terms may change as Zany grows. Material changes are announced in-app. Continuing to use Zany after a change means you accept the updated terms.
